Why We Started AEI

We started AEI Construction because we'd seen too many homeowners get burned by contractors who took shortcuts and disappeared when problems showed up.

The market was flooded with cheap spec construction, low-ball bids that doubled with change orders, and contractors who treated customer service like an afterthought. People were losing faith in contractors entirely.

We knew there had to be a better way.
